Embedded Hardware Analysis Engineer – Airbag Systems

About the role

As an Embedded Hardware Analysis Engineer focusing on Airbag Systems, you will investigate complex behaviours of safety‑critical hardware and support decision‑making that directly impacts product quality and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Perform deep analysis of Airbag Control Units and reproduce failure scenarios.
• Lead or participate in systematic problem‑solving teams.
• Investigate cases originating from police or court inquiries.
• Prepare expert reports as an Airbag System specialist.
• Manage change: introduce and test product modifications.
• Define analysis improvements using big data and data‑mining techniques.
• Collaborate with international project teams and major automotive manufacturers.

Required profile

• Degree in electrical engineering, mechatronics or a related technical field.
• Strong ability to understand embedded systems, electrical schematics and PCB layouts.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills in an international environment.
• Fluent English.
• Analytical mindset with systematic problem‑solving capabilities.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
