HR Intern (Hungarian & English)

About the role

Join Bosch's multinational HR team as an HR Intern, supporting Associate Management operations in both Hungarian and English. This position offers hands‑on experience in HR administration while you continue your studies.

Key responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the Associate Management team.
• Screen, process, and forward incoming orders according to work instructions and maintain related data in IT systems.
• Administer personal data changes and prepare employment certificates.
• Manage time and attendance records in line with local regulations.
• Handle ad‑hoc administrative tasks and support cross‑functional projects.
• Collaborate closely with experienced HR colleagues in a fast‑paced environment.

Required profile

• Active full‑time student pursuing a BA or MA degree.
• Availability for at least 6 months, 30+ hours per week.
• Fluent in English and Hungarian.
• Strong administrative and organizational abilities with a keen interest in HR.
