Lead daily operations of HVAC, plumbing and electrical teams while strictly adhering to HSE procedures to achieve zero‑harm outcomes in high‑risk environments. Ensure all materials meet project specifications and conduct manual handling, excavation support, and site preparation in line with SWMS and risk assessments. Coordinate safety controls such as barricading, signage and hazard communication, and actively participate in pre‑starts, toolbox talks and safety briefings. Perform routine site inspections across all construction phases—from foundation to final roofing—to verify compliance with architectural and engineering designs. Maintain strong communication with civil supervisors, operators and crews to safely coordinate tasks across multiple work areas.
