Claim management & Logistics IT intern

About the role

Join Bosch's Logistics Operations team in Budapest as a Claims Management & Logistics IT intern. You will gain hands‑on experience handling logistics claims, transport damage cases, and supporting IT procurement for logistics solutions while contributing to data‑driven process improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and process logistics claims related to over‑deliveries, shortages, incorrect deliveries and transport damages (20‑25 h/week).
• Coordinate transport‑damage handling, communicate with service providers and insurance companies, and perform root‑cause analyses.
• Support implementation and monitoring of quality‑improvement measures and corrective actions.
• Develop and enhance Power BI reports, dashboards and KPI‑based performance monitoring.
• Analyse claims and quality data to identify trends, recurring issues and automation opportunities.
• Support IT procurement and purchasing activities for logistics‑related software, hardware and services (10‑15 h/week).
• Coordinate requirements with internal stakeholders, IT departments and external providers, and assist in evaluating digital tools.

• Strong communication skills to interact with internal departments, customers, logistics service providers, insurance companies and IT specialists.
• Ability to contribute to continuous improvement, standardisation and digitalisation of logistics processes.
