About the role

Bosch invites ambitious graduates to join a two‑year Junior Managers Program in the technical field, based in Hatvan. The programme combines hands‑on project work, structured rotations and a six‑month international assignment to develop future leaders for the company.

Key responsibilities

• Complete 4‑6 distinct rotations across production, engineering and management functions.
• Lead and contribute to real‑world projects under the guidance of a dedicated mentor.
• Participate in a six‑month overseas assignment to gain global operational insight.
• Build a professional network with peers, senior leaders and cross‑functional teams.
• Apply strategic thinking to solve complex technical and managerial challenges.

Required profile

• University degree in mechanical, mechatronics, electrical or industrial engineering.
• Up to four years of professional experience or recent graduate status.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Demonstrated leadership mindset and strategic thinking.
• Creative, proactive and able to work independently.
