Junior Managers Program – Technical Field

About the role

Join Bosch’s two‑year Junior Managers Program in Maklár and start a fast‑track career in technical management. The program combines hands‑on project work, mentorship and a six‑month international assignment to develop future leaders for Bosch’s production and engineering sites.

Key responsibilities

• Complete 4‑6 rotations across different technical functions, contributing to real‑world projects.
• Work on complex production or engineering tasks under the guidance of a dedicated mentor.
• Participate in a six‑month overseas assignment to gain insight into global operations.
• Build a professional network with peers, senior managers and executives across Bosch.

Required profile

• University degree in mechanical, mechatronics, electrical or industrial engineering.
• Up to 4 years of work experience or recent graduate status.
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
• Interest in production environments and a strategic, leadership‑oriented mindset.
