Lead Consultant / Program Lead – Remote

About the role

Veeva Systems is looking for a remote Lead Consultant/Program Lead to guide enterprise customers in adopting Veeva Vault solutions, manage release programs, and lead technical teams delivering enhancements across clinical, regulatory, quality, and drug safety domains.

Key responsibilities

• Lead IT operations for customers using Veeva’s R&D SaaS solutions.
• Act as the primary liaison between managed services teams, customer stakeholders, and third‑party partners.
• Oversee customer release management, including resource planning, tracking, and forecasting.
• Analyze customer requirements and new product features to develop adoption and enhancement roadmaps.
• Guide customers in adopting Vault best practices to ensure continuous improvement and holistic success.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in IT Project Management.
• Proven program‑management track record leading implementation or post‑implementation teams.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑moving environment.
• Quickly understand business requirements and design creative solutions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
• Project Management certification or equivalent experience.
