Logistics Planner – Power Tool Manufacturing

About the role

The Logistics Planner will be responsible for coordinating the flow of non‑finished and finished goods within Bosch's power‑tool manufacturing plant in Miskolc. You will ensure material availability, optimise transportation costs and support production line efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the supply chain of non‑finished goods from supplier to production plant.
• Initiate and monitor raw‑material procurement based on demand and cost optimisation.
• Plan finished‑goods production and guarantee on‑time delivery from the plant.
• Balance production‑line capacity and support value‑stream levelling.
• Maintain optimal stock levels for both non‑finished and finished goods.
• Handle logistics tasks during product launch and phase‑out processes.
• Escalate and resolve exceptions such as overstock, stock‑out or quality issues.
• Execute bottleneck management for production and supplier issues.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for status updates and alignment.
• Maintain master data in ERP and planning systems.

Required profile

• University degree (BSc or MSc).
• Relevant experience in logistics or supply‑chain management.
• Confident English communication skills.
• Analytical and systematic thinking.
• Structured, independent working style with strong problem‑solving ability.
• High stress tolerance and commitment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP systems.
• Experience using production planning software.
