NPI Project Leader – Automotive Electronics

About the role

We are looking for an experienced NPI Project Leader to drive industrialisation projects for automotive electronics at our Hatvan plant. You will ensure new products move smoothly from development to mass production, supporting Bosch's vision of safe, automated, and eco‑friendly mobility.

Key responsibilities

• Develop detailed project plans, define milestones, allocate resources and monitor progress.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams (engineering, manufacturing, quality) to transition products to series production.
• Identify process‑improvement and cost‑reduction opportunities using lean manufacturing principles.
• Assess and mitigate risks throughout the industrialisation lifecycle.
• Work with suppliers to secure special‑purpose machines, components and materials on schedule.
• Prepare regular status updates and present results to management and stakeholders.
• Lead and mentor project team members, fostering accountability and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• BSc or MSc in engineering, industrial engineering or a related field.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• 5+ years of experience in project management, industrialisation or manufacturing within the automotive industry.
• Proven knowledge of automotive manufacturing processes and quality standards.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal and problem‑solving abilities.
