Production Quality Engineer (MSE3.1)

About the role

Join Bosch's Hatvan plant, the largest Automotive Electronics production site worldwide, as a Production Quality Engineer. You will own a segment of the CCON production flow, ensuring product quality, managing internal defect costs, and handling claims to support Industry 4.0 initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Own a production segment, overseeing internal defect cost, process quality gates, and claim handling.
• Monitor quality indicators and lead projects to improve key performance indicators.
• Lead customer‑related production claims using the 8D systematic approach.
• Develop and implement failure‑prevention measures and systematic improvements.
• Support supplier claim investigations.
• Evaluate part‑deviation risks in close collaboration with the international development team.
• Create quality‑assurance plans for new products.
• Prepare for and assist in internal and external audits.

Required profile

• University or technical degree in electrical or mechanical engineering (quality specialization is a plus).
• Experience in quality assurance and familiarity with problem‑solving methods.
• Independent thinking, strong logical and analytical abilities.
• Good communication skills and a strong sense of responsibility.
• Intermediate level of English.
• Proficiency with office tools such as Excel and PowerPoint.
