Senior Growth Marketing Manager

About the role

Formlabs is seeking a Senior Growth Marketing Manager to lead marketing initiatives that nurture prospects and existing customers, driving loyalty and repeat purchases of its 3D printing solutions. You will own the entire customer lifecycle—from acquisition through onboarding, engagement, retention, and advocacy—using data‑driven insights and creative campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute multi‑channel campaigns that guide customers through every stage of the journey, from prospecting to loyal advocacy.
• Design targeted programs for key lifecycle phases and create content that helps customers maximize the value of Formlabs products.
• Track, measure, and report on retention and engagement metrics, identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with product, creative, support, and sales teams to launch new products and ensure seamless customer experiences.
• Test and optimize campaigns through A/B testing, data analysis, and customer feedback.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in growth, customer, or lifecycle marketing, preferably within a hardware technology company.
• Strong analytical and technical abilities with a proven track record of turning data into actionable marketing strategies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of crafting compelling marketing messages.
• Creative mindset with a passion for designing innovative customer campaigns.
• Bias for action, quick execution, and deep curiosity about customers, products, and technology.

Required skills

• Marketing email platforms such as Marketo and Klaviyo.
• CRM systems, notably Salesforce.
• Analytics tools including Google Analytics and BigQuery.
• E‑commerce platforms like Shopify.
