Validation & Verification Project Manager

About the role

As a Validation & Verification Project Manager at Bosch, you will lead the definition and execution of V&V strategies for automotive projects. You will collaborate with international, multidisciplinary teams to ensure product quality, traceability, and successful releases.

Key responsibilities

• Implement project‑specific V&V strategies in line with product and business unit guidelines.
• Maintain V&V plans and coordinate technical validation activities.
• Allocate test resources, manage samples, and ensure testability of requirements.
• Plan, monitor, and control V&V activities against time, quality, and budget targets.
• Support engineers with methodological and process expertise.
• Participate in project reviews, audits, and assessments, reporting V&V status.
• Drive continuous improvement of V&V methods and processes.
• Assist with work product releases and project release decisions.
• Represent V&V topics in technical discussions with customers.

Required profile

• Engineering degree.
• Minimum 3 years of automotive project management experience.
• V&V project management experience is a plus.
• Reliability experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proactive, result‑oriented attitude.
• Fluent English; German is beneficial.
