Senior Fullstack Engineer

About the role

Colossyan is looking for a Senior Fullstack Engineer to lead the development and optimisation of user‑facing features in its AI‑powered training platform. You will work with a fast‑growing international team to turn knowledge into interactive, scalable learning experiences. The role combines advanced technical work with collaboration across design, back‑end and product teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain efficient, reusable front‑end code using Next.js, React and TypeScript.
• Implement dynamic user interfaces that work across devices and browsers.
• Develop complete features that span front‑end, back‑end and database layers.
• Collaborate with designers, back‑end engineers and product managers to deliver high‑quality products.
• Mentor junior developers and promote best practices in front‑end development.
• Optimize applications for speed, scalability and performance.
• Ensure technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and write clean, testable code.
