About the role
Join Bosch as an HR Administration Intern and support our HR team in day‑to‑day operations. You will work on a variety of back‑office tasks, helping to ensure smooth employee data management and timely resolution of HR requests.
Key responsibilities
- Manage incoming HR tickets, prioritize, track, and resolve or escalate issues.
- Process termination and contract‑modification tasks.
- Maintain employee records in SAP, guaranteeing data accuracy.
- Provide administrative support such as printing, routing documents for signature, and filing.
- Communicate with HR Business Partners and employees via the ticketing system to clarify requests and give status updates.
- Uphold confidentiality and comply with data‑protection policies.
Required profile
- Active full‑time student.
- Intermediate proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational abilities with attention to detail.
- Problem‑solving mindset and ability to manage competing priorities.
- Awareness of confidentiality and data‑protection best practices.
- Availability for an average of 30 hours per week, with 2‑3 on‑site days.
Required skills
- Proficient use of MS Office applications.
- Familiarity with SAP (advantageous).
