About the role

Join Bosch as an HR Administration Intern and support our HR team in day‑to‑day operations. You will work on a variety of back‑office tasks, helping to ensure smooth employee data management and timely resolution of HR requests.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage incoming HR tickets, prioritize, track, and resolve or escalate issues.
  • Process termination and contract‑modification tasks.
  • Maintain employee records in SAP, guaranteeing data accuracy.
  • Provide administrative support such as printing, routing documents for signature, and filing.
  • Communicate with HR Business Partners and employees via the ticketing system to clarify requests and give status updates.
  • Uphold confidentiality and comply with data‑protection policies.

Required profile

  • Active full‑time student.
  • Intermediate proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational abilities with attention to detail.
  • Problem‑solving mindset and ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Awareness of confidentiality and data‑protection best practices.
  • Availability for an average of 30 hours per week, with 2‑3 on‑site days.

Required skills

  • Proficient use of MS Office applications.
  • Familiarity with SAP (advantageous).
