HR Specialist – Time & Attendance

About the role

In April 2021 Bosch established its first regional HR Service Hub in Vecsés, serving the Central Eastern European (CEE) region. The hub provides top‑tier HR services across the region. We are looking for a motivated, customer‑oriented HR Specialist to manage time and attendance processes.

Key responsibilities

• Support and coordinate processes within the assigned functional area, ensuring effective execution and continuous optimisation of standard tasks.
• Plan, implement and monitor activities to secure high‑quality outcomes and make informed decisions related to your responsibilities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders on core functional matters, identifying solutions within existing standards and contributing to occasional enhancements.
• Carry out additional duties assigned by the employer to support overall operational efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field with 2–3 years of personnel administration experience; SAP knowledge is a strong advantage.
• Proven experience working in a multinational environment, preferably within a Shared Service Center.
• Analytical and proactive mindset with excellent communication and organisational skills, capable of independent work and cross‑functional collaboration.
• Ability to make well‑founded decisions and identify suitable solutions autonomously, coordinating routine matters across hierarchical levels.
• Fluent in Hungarian and English, both written and spoken.
