Behavioural Health Coach – Remote (Hungary)

About the role

Intellect is looking for qualified Behavioural Health Coaches to join its telehealth platform. You will deliver 30‑minute video sessions that support clients’ mental health and personal growth, working remotely with flexible hours.

Key responsibilities

• Provide one‑on‑one telehealth coaching for sub‑clinical issues such as work stress, procrastination, and work‑life balance.
• Help clients set personal, career, and relationship goals.
• Collaborate with the internal clinical team to suggest improvements to the program and platform.

Required profile

• Active International Coaching Federation (ICF) certification OR a Master/Postgraduate Diploma in Counselling.
• Minimum 200 coaching hours for ICF coaches or 300 clinical hours for counsellors.
• Proficiency in English and the local language (Hungarian preferred).
• Prior experience in EAP, adult counselling, or managerial coaching is a plus.

Required skills

• Coaching techniques and evidence‑based approaches (CBT, Motivational Interviewing, DBT, SFBT).
• Strong ability to conduct remote video sessions.
