Senior Mapping Specialist Cardiac Ablation

About the role

Medtronic is seeking an experienced Clinical Specialist to provide expert clinical and technical support for advanced electrophysiology mapping and ablation systems. You will work closely with physicians, laboratory staff, and internal teams to support procedures, introduce new technologies, and shape advanced clinical workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Provide clinical and technical assistance on mapping and ablation systems, including generators, software, pumps, and accessories.
• Conduct training sessions for hospital stakeholders and ensure technology acceptance.
• Participate in the development of advanced clinical workflows and collaborate with the education team on training centers.
• Share best practices, work with service engineers on troubleshooting, and give feedback to marketing for product development.

Required profile

• Engineer’s degree in electrical or medical engineering or related scientific discipline.
• Over 5 years of clinical electrophysiology experience, with at least 3 years independently supporting mapping procedures.
• Fluency in English and Hungarian and ability to travel as required.
• Independent, responsible, decisive, and able to work in high‑stress situations.
