Continuous Improvement Manager

About the role

Lead Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement initiatives at our plant, partnering with the Plant Manager and local leadership to drive operational excellence, productivity gains, and employee engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Lead Lean and Continuous Improvement projects across the site.
• Facilitate Kaizen workshops, problem‑solving activities and promote Lean tools such as 5S, Standard Work, Visual Management, and Root Cause Analysis.
• Improve productivity, quality, delivery and cost performance by working closely with shop‑floor teams to identify and eliminate waste.
• Train and coach employees in Continuous Improvement methodologies and support a culture of teamwork and accountability.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, Operational Excellence or Production Engineering.
• Strong analytical, communication and leadership skills with a hands‑on approach.
• Fluent English for international reporting.
