Intralogistics IT Business Analyst

About the role

As an Intralogistics IT Business Analyst at Bosch, you will drive the digital transformation of our internal logistics processes. You will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and development teams, ensuring that solutions meet functional and non‑functional requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, analyse and specify stakeholder requirements for IT projects.
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
• Document functional and non‑functional requirements and act as the intralogistics digitalisation subject‑matter expert.
• Iterate with developers and business owners to refine solutions.
• Support Project Managers in achieving project goals and manage a prioritized product backlog.
• Design process flows using BPMN and UML standards.
• Drive change‑management activities during the software development lifecycle.
• Create mockups and wireframes to improve user engagement and process efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Informatics or a related field.
• Proven ability to work with stakeholders of varying maturity during requirement engineering.
• Hands‑on experience in intralogistics process digitalisation.
• Minimum two years of practical experience with UML and BPMN.
• Comfortable working both onsite and remotely.
• Experience with Jira and Confluence.
• Good understanding of agile methodology and Scrum framework.
