IS/IT Specialist – Support Sales & Digital Innovation

About the role

As an IS/IT Specialist you will ensure a seamless Nespresso customer experience by supporting sales teams, maintaining modern IT infrastructure and driving digital innovation within a fast‑moving FMCG environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support sales channels to deliver an outstanding and seamless customer experience.
• Maintain and continuously develop IT infrastructure, including POS systems, networks and mobile devices.
• Manage IT asset inventory, monitoring lifecycle and ensuring timely replacement of equipment.
• Provide fast, effective, user‑focused IT support on a daily basis.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders on cross‑functional projects and business initiatives.
• Communicate daily with international functional support teams.
• Participate in testing, implementation and deployment of new technologies and innovation‑driven projects.
