Product Owner and Data Professional

About the role

A hybrid Product Owner and Data Professional who combines project leadership, process optimisation and stakeholder management with data analytics, automation and digital transformation to improve business performance and enable data‑driven decision making.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate cross‑functional projects from planning through implementation.
• Manage stakeholders, align expectations and ensure transparent communication.
• Monitor project progress, risks, milestones and resource utilisation.
• Drive digitalisation and process optimisation to increase efficiency.
• Analyse business and project data to support fact‑based decision making.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, KPIs and automated data solutions.
• Identify automation opportunities using Excel, Python, Power BI and AI tools.

Required profile

• BSc/MSc in Economics, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics or a related technical field.
• Fluent English communication in an international team.
• Proactive, result‑oriented attitude with strong organisational skills.

Required skills

• Python (pandas, numpy, scipy, matplotlib, tensorflow).
• SQL.
• Git version control.
• Excel.
• Power BI.
