Sales Representative – IATD, Hungary

About the role

3M is seeking a Sales Representative for the Industrial Adhesives and Tapes Division (IATD) in Hungary. The role combines technical sales with customer relationship management, supporting OEMs, tier suppliers, metalworking, petrochemical and other industrial customers.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sales results aligned with customer needs and industry standards.
• Execute the IATD business strategy and grow assigned accounts by promoting 3M brands and technologies.
• Manage relationships with OEMs, tier suppliers, metalworking, petrochemical and other customers, positioning 3M as the preferred partner.
• Support channel partners across Hungary and deliver product demonstrations with Application Engineering support.
• Organise end‑user activities such as webinars together with Application Engineering and Marketing.
• Coordinate between customers and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
• Use CRM to plan, manage and document sales activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or higher (engineering background preferred).
• Technical sales experience, preferably in industrial markets.
• Proficiency in Hungarian and English.
• Self‑motivated, results‑driven and able to work in a technical/engineering environment.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM systems.
• Strong commercial acumen.
