Automotive Field Sales Representative

About the role

As an Automotive Field Sales Representative you will collaborate with innovative teams worldwide, driving growth for 3M’s automotive portfolio across Hungary.

Key responsibilities

• Execute territory and account plans to deliver quarterly and annual sales growth objectives.
• Develop new relationships within existing customer accounts to broaden 3M’s reach and increase account penetration.
• Drive revenue growth by uncovering cross‑sell and portfolio expansion opportunities.
• Partner closely with technical teams to ensure responsiveness and advance customer opportunities.
• Position 3M solutions based on customer needs and operational challenges.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in Engineering, Business or a related technical field.
• Strong passion for sales and building long‑term business relationships.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills.
• Fluency in English and native proficiency in Hungarian.

Required skills

• Experience in the automotive industry or supply chain is a strong advantage.
• Early experience in B2B sales, account management or business development.
• Self‑driven, proactive personality with a growth mindset.
• Strong negotiation and problem‑solving abilities.
