Account Executive - Small & Medium Business

About the role

Cisco is looking for an Account Executive for its Small & Medium Business team in Hungary. The team's mission is to scale revenue in an under-tapped market of millions of small businesses by demonstrating partners, distributors and digital sales motions. The role suits a creative, growth-oriented sales professional in a scalable, partner-driven, digitally enabled environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own SMB segment sales targets, managing both run-rate business and large-scale opportunities
• Define, implement and optimize the territory plan using data-driven insights to capture high-potential market verticals
• Analyze market trends and empower partners through enablement programs, digital marketing and community-building
• Drive new logo acquisition with no-touch, low-touch and omnichannel digital journeys
• Collaborate with Virtual Sales, Channel, Specialists and Marketing teams to design revenue strategies
• Grow the partner and distribution network and promote SMB-specific specializations
• Build long-term relationships with partners and customers, including C-level stakeholders on large deals
• Present the value of Cisco's Networking, Security, Collaboration and Data Center portfolio to customers

Required profile

• Proven track record developing and executing territory plans in the SMB/Mid-Market segment in Hungary
• Experience in partner sales enablement and distribution channel growth
• Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams to achieve complex sales objectives
• Fluent English and Hungarian (written and verbal)
