Business Continuity & Crisis Management Specialist

About the role

Join Bosch to strengthen our resilience by supporting the implementation and continuous improvement of the Business Continuity Management System (BCMS) and contributing to crisis management activities across an international environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support the implementation, operation and development of the BCMS and related processes.
• Coordinate international BCM and crisis‑management activities, including exercises for Crisis Support Teams and Crisis Management Teams.
• Contribute to assessments, reviews, and the optimisation, standardisation and digitalisation of BCM processes.
• Prepare documentation, reports and presentations for decision‑making and stakeholder communication.

Required profile

• Completed vocational training, university degree or comparable qualification.
• Hands‑on experience with Business Continuity Management and/or Crisis Management at an operational level.
• Strong organisational, coordination and analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple topics and stakeholders.
• Very good English (written and spoken) and willingness to travel occasionally.

Required skills

• Proficient user of standard Microsoft 365 applications.
• Experience with digital solutions, low‑code or process‑automation tools (preferred).
