Client Executive – Business Development & Client Management

About the role

As a Client Executive you will develop, grow and maintain relationships with medium and large corporate clients, focusing on new business acquisition and retention. You will act as the main point of contact, ensuring client satisfaction and delivering tailored insurance solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential new customers in line with the sales strategy and achieve assigned revenue targets.
• Coordinate delivery of solutions, ensuring alignment with client requirements, quality standards and compliance.
• Provide technical and transactional support on client accounts and manage ad‑hoc requests.
• Liaise with internal teams, vendors and clients to guarantee high‑quality service delivery.
• Participate in tender preparation, sales and marketing campaigns, and industry events to expand the professional network.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of experience in a similar client‑facing or sales role.
• Pro‑active, “can‑do” attitude with a customer‑centric mindset.
• Native Hungarian speaker with fluent written and spoken English.
• Strong analytical abilities and sense of responsibility.
