Community Support Specialist

About the role

AI Acquisition is seeking a Community Support Specialist to join its global support team. You will deliver fast, high‑quality, and empathetic assistance to clients via live chat and ticket channels, helping them succeed with AI‑powered solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage live chat and support tickets, providing prompt and accurate responses.
• Resolve client queries, troubleshoot platform issues, and ensure seamless onboarding experiences.
• Escalate complex problems to Customer Success, Product, or Tech teams and track resolution.
• Maintain detailed interaction records in tools such as Intercom or Zendesk and adhere to SLA targets.
• Identify recurring issues, contribute to knowledge‑base updates, and share client feedback with internal teams.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in customer support or similar client‑facing roles.
• Proven ability to handle live‑chat or ticket‑based environments in SaaS, PaaS, or AI tech settings.
• Strong written English communication skills and ability to work with global teams across time zones.
• Availability during Eastern Time business hours.

Required skills

• Experience with support platforms such as Intercom, Zendesk, or Freshdesk.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and customer workflow automation.
• Basic understanding of AI tools or automation workflows.
