Customer Insights & Sensing Expert

About the role

As a P&C Customer Insights & Sensing Expert you will drive the understanding of customer experiences across Roche, turning data into actionable recommendations that improve performance and patient outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a metrics and sensing framework, defining KPIs and metrics for process performance.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to design efficient customer feedback collection processes and analyse data for trends and improvement opportunities.
• Partner with the P&IT chapter to create a self‑service ecosystem for customer experience insights.
• Translate complex data into clear recommendations and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in data analysis, customer insights or process improvement.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to communicate insights to diverse stakeholders.
• Excellent business acumen, stakeholder partnership abilities and a customer‑centric mindset.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.

Required skills

• Enterprise platforms: ServiceNow, Workday, Cornerstone, Cisco.
• Data‑visualisation tools: Qlik, DataStudio, Tableau.
