Customer Logistics Expert – DACH Region

About the role

As a Customer Logistics Expert for Germany, Austria and Switzerland at Bosch Power Tools, you will manage day‑to‑day customer logistics operations for the Country Sales Organization. Based in the Budapest office, you will work closely with sales, warehouse, the International Distribution Center in Germany, customers, service providers and central Bosch departments.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the first‑level operational escalation point for customer logistics issues such as claims, order fulfillment problems and after‑sales returns.
• Steer order fulfillment together with Sales Key Accounts, Warehouse & Transport and internal/external service providers.
• Support sales by preparing and participating in customer logistics meetings and negotiations.
• Monitor and drive logistics KPIs (e.g., OTIF, Lead Time) and regional supply‑chain costs, identifying optimisation and cost‑saving opportunities.
• Serve as SAP Key User for delivery‑to‑customer processes and ensure correct application of logistic surcharge rules in contracts.

Required profile

• University degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in supply‑chain operations and project management.
• Strong analytical abilities and basic German language skills; fluent English.
• Proven stakeholder‑management and problem‑solving capabilities with an agile mindset.

Required skills

• ERP/SAP system knowledge (S/4HANA expertise is a plus).
• Power BI for reporting and analytics.
• Microsoft Office tools.
• Experience as an SAP Key User for logistics processes.
