Customer Quality Engineer (eBike Systems)

About the role

As a Customer Quality Engineer for eBike Systems, you will act as the local interface to Bosch eBike Systems' central quality management. You will ensure product quality throughout the plant, support suppliers, and drive continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate plant‑related quality topics, working closely with supplier quality assurance and engineering series support.
• Participate in risk assessments, FMEA reviews and 8D problem‑solving activities.
• Verify and approve testing plans, engineering changes and quality assurance plans.
• Support supplier quality management on technical matters and act as the first contact for product re‑qualification and delivery blocking issues.

Required profile

• Degree in mechanical or electrical engineering (BSc, MSc preferred).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a production or engineering environment, preferably with quality management.
• Strong communication skills, ability to work in teams and handle change independently.
• Good English (written and spoken); German is an advantage.
