Customer Sales & Service Agent (Budapest)

About the role

Emirates is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join its Customer Service team in Budapest. As a Contact Centre Agent you will be the voice of Emirates, providing accurate information about products and services and supporting customers throughout their journey.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via voice support.
• Provide up‑to‑date information on Emirates’ products, services and flight options.
• Identify sales opportunities and close sales where appropriate.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and ensure customers feel valued.
• Work in a shift‑based schedule, with the possibility of remote work after successful probation.

Required profile

• Fluent in English (spoken and written) and at least one of German, Italian or Czech.
• Customer‑oriented with a sales focus.
• High school certificate or equivalent.
• Willingness to work in a shift environment.
• Legal right to live and work in Hungary.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Windows operating system.
• Microsoft Word.
• Microsoft Excel.
• Email handling.
