About the role

UPS Hungary offers small-package delivery and other logistics services from its headquarters in Vecsés, where more than 120 people work. As a global leader in supply chain and freight services, UPS is looking for a customer service agent to handle calls and support customers.

Key responsibilities

Handle incoming customer calls professionally and resolve complaints
Record orders and forward them to dispatchers
Provide information about UPS products and services
Track packages

Required profile

At least secondary education; beginners are welcome
Conversational English
Proactive problem-solving attitude
Conscientious, reliable and helpful

Required skills

Basic computer skills (Word, Excel)
