Customer Service Representative – German

About the role

Ravago Building Solutions is seeking a German‑speaking Customer Service Representative to join its international customer service team in Budapest. You will act as the main point of contact for German customers, ensuring smooth order processing and high‑quality service.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and track orders from customers in Germany.
• Maintain existing customer relationships and address their needs.
• Coordinate logistics with freight carriers and support production planners.
• Assist the sales team and handle unexpected events to minimise impact.
• Participate in internal process optimisation.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a customer service role (advantageous).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Fluency in German; conversational English.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of SAP (advantageous).
