Customer Support Representative – Dutch Speaker

About the role

Eaton is seeking a Dutch‑speaking Customer Support Representative to join its EMEA Business Service Center in Budapest. You will act as the primary commercial support contact for a portfolio of customers, handling inquiries across phone, chat, and email while ensuring smooth order processing and delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer and internal queries via phone, chat, and email.
• Enter and verify orders, check pricing, and clear orders in line with Eaton policies.
• Coordinate delivery and billing for multiple product lines, managing project sequencing and handling complaints.
• Support pre‑sales and post‑sales functions, including order status updates, repair requests, product returns, invoicing, and contract administration.
• Apply established policies to resolve issues and communicate proactively across internal networks.

Required profile

• Completed secondary education; a Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
• 1‑3 years of experience in customer support or a similar role.
• Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and verbal.
• Strong attention to detail, punctuality, and a problem‑solving mindset.

Required skills

• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with SAP or Oracle systems.
• Experience using a case‑management tool.
