Customer Support Representative (Hebrew Speaker)

About the role

Eaton’s EMEA Business Service Center in Budapest is seeking a Hebrew‑speaking Customer Support Representative to provide commercial support for a portfolio of customers across project‑based business. The role involves interfacing with customers and internal teams via phone, chat, email and a case‑management tool, ensuring high‑quality project data and documentation from quote to completion.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inquiries via phone, chat and email from customers and internal parties.
• Manage order entry, price checking and order clearing in line with Eaton’s policies.
• Coordinate delivery and billing across multiple product lines and sequence project orders for external customers.
• Assist sales functions across EMEA with order fulfilment, repair/calibration requests, product changes or returns, invoicing, contract and lease administration.
• Resolve problems by applying established policies and proactive communication across internal networks.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (BSC/BA).
• 1‑3 years experience in customer support.
• Fluency in Hebrew and English (minimum B2 level).
• Availability to work Sundays according to the Israeli work schedule.

Required skills

• Basic MS Office.
• Knowledge of SAP or Oracle, or any case‑management tool (advantage).
