Customer Support Representative – Norwegian Language

About the role

The primary function is to provide commercial support for a portfolio of customers involved in project‑type business. You will act as the main point of contact, handling inquiries, orders and issues across multiple product lines while ensuring compliance with Eaton policies.

Key responsibilities

• Interfacing with customers and internal parties via email, phone, chat and the case management tool.
• Managing orders: entry, price checking, clearing in line with Eaton policies.
• Handling complaints and coordinating delivery and billing across multiple product lines.
• Providing pre‑sales and post‑sales support, including order fulfilment, repair requests, product changes, invoicing and contract administration.
• Resolving issues by applying established policies and proactive communication across internal networks.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 1–3 years of experience in customer support.
• English proficiency at minimum B2 level.
• Norwegian proficiency at minimum B2 level.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office applications.
• Basic knowledge of SAP or Oracle systems.
• Experience with a case‑management tool.
