Customs Officer – Logistics

About the role

UPS Healthcare Hungary Zrt., founded in 1999 in Budaörs, supports the logistics and trade needs of central and eastern European healthcare companies. As part of UPS, the world's largest logistics provider, it offers an active role in customs administration within its healthcare business.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and process documents related to customs handling
• Operate customs systems accurately and up to date
• Check, track and record customs documentation
• Support customs procedures administratively
• Apply customs regulations consistently
• Communicate with customs authorities and assist personally at customs checkpoints

Required profile

• Secondary or higher education
• Customs officer qualification
• Category B driving licence
• Precision, independence, good communication and teamwork skills, and reliability under pressure

Required skills

• Confident computer skills (Word, Excel)
• Knowledge of customs regulations
