About the role

UPS is looking for a customs officer to handle customs procedures on its shipments. The role covers preparing and checking customs documents, running customs systems accurately and supporting customs processes administratively. It is a permanent position.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and process customs-related documents and their administration
• Operate customs systems precisely and up to date
• Check, track and record customs documentation
• Support customs processes smoothly from an administrative side
• Apply customs regulations consistently

Required profile

• Secondary or higher education
• Customs officer qualification
• Precision and ability to work independently
• Good communication skills and teamwork
• Resilience and reliability

Required skills

• Confident computer skills (Word, Excel)
• Knowledge of customs handling regulations
