Delivery Analyst – GRC (Budapest)

About the role

As a Delivery Analyst you will work with Diligent’s Operational Risk Management solutions to exceed client expectations on deadlines and deliverables. You will be the expert on Diligent’s GRC platform, collaborating with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of risk‑management services.

Key responsibilities

• Utilize product and domain expertise to deliver customer requests and create a delightful experience.
• Ensure timely and quality delivery of services requested by customers.
• Collaborate with Customer Success Managers and senior leaders to route new service requests appropriately.
• Document and maintain standard operating procedures for customer‑specific requests.
• Provide technical guidance to customers by consulting with global implementation and success teams.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience in a client‑facing or consulting role.
• Ability to engage customers in solution discussions around compliance, vendor management, information security or risk management.
• Strong passion for compliance, vendor management, information security or risk management.
• Team player who can deliver under tight timeframes in a changing environment.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Undergraduate degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Compliance Management, Legal, Engineering, Information Security) is a plus.
