Delivery Service Providers Account Manager

About the role

The Delivery Service Providers Account Manager will set up and execute the country DSP strategy, manage day‑to‑day relationships with DSP partners and ensure high‑quality, compliant, and scalable last‑mile delivery operations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end DSP operational strategy and ensure sustainable performance.
• Own and continuously improve DSP performance frameworks, driving KPI excellence through data‑driven initiatives.
• Provide governance over DSP compliance with contractual, labour, safety and regulatory standards.
• Act as primary liaison between DSP partners and last‑mile leadership, shaping fleet strategy and capacity planning.
• Spearhead process optimisation and transformation initiatives to enhance efficiency, scalability and cost performance.
• Anticipate systemic operational risks and design proactive mitigation strategies.
• Drive cross‑functional alignment with senior stakeholders and translate advanced analytics into strategic insights.

Required profile

• 3–5+ years of experience in logistics, last‑mile operations, transportation or account management.
• Experience managing third‑party logistics providers or DSPs.
• Strong commercial awareness, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical mindset with proven KPI monitoring and reporting experience.
• Fluent in English; Hungarian language proficiency is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Willingness to travel regionally.

Required skills

• Knowledge of DSP compliance, labour regulations and sustainability initiatives.
• Familiarity with routing optimisation, fleet systems and WMS/TMS tools.
