Digital Project Manager – Hybrid, Budapest

About the role

This position sits in DEPT®'s Experience & Engineering business unit, delivering large‑scale website design and build projects for clients such as Nikon, London Marathon Events and END. As a Digital Project Manager you will drive web design and build initiatives from concept through to delivery, managing the full project life‑cycle and acting as the primary client contact.

Key responsibilities

• Lead web design and build projects from initial briefing to launch, covering requirements capture, solution design, build, test and deployment.
• Manage project risks, issues and dependencies to ensure on‑time, on‑budget delivery.
• Track deliverables against agreed deadlines and continuously assess and improve working methods and processes.
• Oversee financial budgets, informing stakeholders of cost implications, changes and spending.

Required profile

• Strong background in digital project management, handling projects from briefing to delivery.
• Experience delivering projects using Agile methodologies.
• Agency experience with a passion for IT, e‑commerce and digital initiatives.
• Proven ability to build effective client relationships and manage multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, presentation, report writing and data analysis skills.
