E-commerce CRM Campaign Manager – Maternity Cover

About the role

As an E‑commerce CRM Campaign Manager you will drive consumer demand, lead generation, brand awareness and digital sales performance for Philips' flagship online store in Hungary, reporting to the Commercial Leader Hungary.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital channels to boost sales and customer engagement.
• Manage campaign planning, implementation, optimisation and performance reporting.
• Own campaign budgets, ensuring efficient investment and ROI.
• Lead communication strategies that strengthen Philips' brand positioning and customer experience.
• Analyse campaign and consumer data to generate insights and improve marketing effectiveness.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Digital and Consumer Experience teams to meet business objectives.
• Manage and develop a direct report (Digital Specialist) to ensure successful execution of initiatives.
• Coordinate external agency partners throughout briefing, execution and reporting.
• Partner with local and regional marketing and media teams to share best practices and drive continuous improvement.
• Support product launches and growth initiatives through innovative, consumer‑focused campaigns.

Required profile

• 4+ years of campaign or project management experience in marketing, with leadership aspiration.
• Results‑driven, proactive, organised and strong at both planning and execution.
• Bachelor’s degree in Economics or equivalent.
• Fluent in English.
• Experience in e‑commerce and/or CRM.

What we offer

• Base salary range of 7,772,000 – 12,876,000 HUF gross per year.
• Eligibility for a Short‑Term Incentive linked to KPI and results.
• Hybrid work model with a minimum of three days per week on‑site.
