About the role

Kyndryl is offering a 6‑month Early Career Program for final‑year students or new graduates to work as Systems Administration, Mainframe interns. The role introduces the fundamentals of maintaining and supporting enterprise IT environments, with the possibility of conversion to a permanent position.

Key responsibilities

• Explore and support the technology that keeps IT systems available, secure and performing.
• Learn core systems administration concepts, processes and how they contribute to stable IT environments.

Required profile

• University student or fresh graduate in IT, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
• Proficient to fluent English.
• Interest in IT infrastructure, systems, operations and willingness to learn.

Required skills

• Basic IT knowledge and curiosity.
