Electrical Safety Coordinator

About the role

The Electrical Safety Coordinator will ensure that Bosch’s Budapest site complies with all electrical safety regulations and standards. You will lead the development of the electrical safety organization, support management decisions, and help create a safe working environment.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and continuously improve the electrical safety organization across the site.
• Maintain and update electrical safety regulations, processes, and documentation.
• Provide guidance to engineering and operational teams on compliance topics.
• Organise trainings, workshops and knowledge‑sharing activities.
• Develop and operate inspection, review and audit systems for electrical installations.
• Conduct audits, inspections and compliance reviews, identify non‑conformities and monitor corrective actions.
• Collaborate with HSE teams on risk assessments and safety improvement initiatives.
• Participate in incident investigations and coordinate preventive actions.
• Support CE certification processes from an electrical safety perspective.

Required profile

• University degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Several years of professional experience in electrical safety, operations, maintenance or facility management.
• Strong knowledge of electrical safety regulations, standards and ISO 9001/ISO 14001 management systems.
• Experience conducting audits, inspections or compliance assessments.
• Proactive, confident personality with strong decision‑making and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in Hungarian and English, both written and spoken.
