EMC Hardware Engineer

About the role

As an EMC Hardware Engineer you will contribute to the development of video‑ and radar‑based driver assistance systems, ensuring their electromagnetic compatibility meets customer expectations and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in hardware development of video‑ and radar‑based driver assistance systems.
• Analyse customer requirements and create corresponding EMC test plans.
• Take part in design reviews and propose improvements to product EMC characteristics.
• Coordinate and execute EMC tests, then evaluate results.
• Prepare technical presentations for customers based on test outcomes.
• Support problem‑solving activities and root‑cause analysis.

Required profile

• MSc or BSc degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Strong physics background with focus on electromagnetic fields.
• Familiarity with EMC measurement methods.
• Ability to link EMC behaviour to hardware, software and mechanical design.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Good communication skills and fluency in English.
