Enterprise Master Data Management Operations Business Analyst (Fixed-term)

About the role

The Enterprise Master Data Management Operations Business Analyst will ensure uninterrupted business activities by adhering to Service Level Agreements and supporting data maintenance across Finance, Procurement, Sales and Supply Chain functions.

Key responsibilities

• Handle incoming incidents and support Roche affiliates and regional IT departments using ITIL methodology.
• Evaluate user requests, prioritize them, and collaborate with IT teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Manage continuous data cleansing, data lifecycle, and maintain SOPs, knowledge base and user guidance.
• Provide audit control (ICFR), prepare training material and deliver train‑the‑trainer sessions.
• Lead or participate in RSS and global projects, proposing process and system improvements.

Required profile

• Self‑motivated with strong communication skills in English.
• 3‑5 years of master data management experience, preferably with SAP.
• Customer‑centric, able to work independently and in a team.
• Analytical thinking, detail‑oriented and capable of multitasking.

Required skills

• SAP (FI, MM, CO, SD) and SAP MDG Finance Objects.
• ITIL incident management methodology.
• Data quality, lifecycle management and data cleansing techniques.
