Enterprise Master Data Management Operations Specialist - French speaking

About the role

The Enterprise Master Data Management Operations Specialist supports the Business Process Manager and Global Business Process Owner in implementing global master data best practices for procurement and finance across affiliates.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain Chart of Accounts, Bank, Accounting, Vendor/Customer master data and organization structures on a daily basis.
• Validate incoming data requests for compliance with global and local regulations.
• Provide advisory services and end‑user training on master data topics.
• Support global master data projects and generate reports, escalating issues as needed.

Required profile

• Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented and able to work under tight deadlines.
• Strong communication skills in English and French, both written and spoken.
• Open‑minded, dedicated to continuous development and teamwork.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Master Data Governance modules.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Knowledge of SAP and S/4HANA (advantageous).
