Field Project Manager – Onco‑Hematology

About the role

The Field Projects Manager (FPM) for Onco‑Hematology is responsible for planning and delivering business objectives across the whole country, promoting assigned products to healthcare practitioners and supporting marketing projects at the national level.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve sales, market share and visit frequency targets while ensuring compliance with ethical and marketing rules.
• Identify and build relationships with key decision makers in hospitals and develop a national network.
• Support the Brand Manager in implementing marketing projects and assist KAM/TAA in key account planning.
• Organise promotional events, manage the entrusted budget and report activities in internal systems.

Required profile

• Medical (MD) or pharmacy degree preferred; alternative qualifications accepted if they meet Hungarian legal requirements.
• Minimum 5 years of pharmaceutical sales experience, preferably in oncology/hematology.
• Strong communication, negotiation and organizational skills; fluent in English and Hungarian.
• Active driving licence (type B) and willingness to travel daily within the territory.

Required skills

• Proficient use of MS Office.
