Global Requirements Owner (IT Tools, Pricing)

About the role

Represent pricing needs for digital tools, define objectives for the pricing tools landscape, and drive adoption and consistent global usage across Bosch.

Key responsibilities

• Translate global pricing and business requirements into functional specifications, user stories and implementation requirements for digital pricing tools.
• Coordinate the pricing tool roadmap, support development, testing, release management and rollout activities with business, IT and regional stakeholders.
• Ensure system readiness, data mapping and integration across regions, monitor data quality and process compliance.
• Plan and coordinate user acceptance testing, validate configurations and resolve functional, usability and process issues.
• Monitor tool adoption, identify improvement opportunities and manage post‑go‑live maintenance, enhancements and change requests.

Required profile

• University degree in Business Informatics, IT, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Data Management or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in requirements management, digital tool implementation, business analysis or product ownership, preferably in an international environment.
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications and to coordinate testing and rollouts.
• Strong analytical, cross‑functional stakeholder management and communication skills with professional proficiency in English.
